The Fintech revolution in India is a paradigm change in the country's financial landscape resulting from technology, innovation, and policy reforms. This paper attempts to find out how innovation in fintech sector has contributed to financial inclusion, digital transformation, and evolution of financial service delivery. With the help of advanced digital infrastructure, including Aadhaar, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), and other mobile applications, fintech has made millions of people, especially those living in rural areas, benefit from more accessible and cost-effective financial products. The research will also cover regulatory policies developed to promote innovations and protect consumers' interests in terms of data security and financial stability. Notwithstanding difficulties in raising digital literacy rates, cybersecurity threats, and regulation of the market, the fintech industry in India flourishes becoming a worldwide example of inclusive digital finance system.
