This study compares the financial performance of MRF Limited and Apollo Tyres Limited, two leading players in the Indian tyre industry. The main objective of the study is to evaluate and compare their financial strength, profitability, liquidity, and operational efficiency over a selected financial years using ratio analysis. Financial data has been collected from secondary sources such as annual reports, websites of BSE/ NSE. This study focuses on key financial indicators including profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, and leverage ratios to analyse the overall performance of both companies. The findings of the study provide detailed information about which company have better financial stability and efficiency.
