G S Radha & Nafeesa S

The data collected is based on qualitative research. This article reveals that knowledge sharing is essential to an organisation’s growth, and both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are essential for knowledge sharing, but intrinsic motivation has a stronger influence. It is identified that intrinsic motivation strongly influences knowledge sharing.
