Dr. Kuppachi Sreenivas, Dr. Shebin Sharief & Ms. Dani Mol Daniel

Successful organizations depend heavily on employee engagement because it determines staff productivity and employee retention and workplace spirit. The organized retail sector needs investigation into how organizational culture and employee resilience influence employee engagement. Organizational patterns of values along with customs and behaviours directly affect how employees feel motivated and committed while forming their workplace impressions. Organizational success depends heavily on employee resilience during fast business changes since resilience allows employees to adapt to workplace challenges and recover from them. Employee resilience interacts with organizational culture to strongly affect engagement through various key factors that include work environment and leadership support as well as adaptation techniques. Research should focus on specific sectoral issues along with the changing effects of digital transformation on employee engagement approaches.
