This study sheds light on the role of educational policies, government programs, and NGOs in advancing women's education by comparing and contrasting global and Indian viewpoints. Among the many ways education empowers women-as discussed in the paper are better decision-making skills, a heightened understanding of their rights, and greater opportunities to take part in leadership and governmental roles.
