This study examines the growth and development of women entrepreneurs in India, focusing on key factors that influence their success and challenges. The research explores the impact of government policies, financial support, education, training, socio-cultural barriers, and technological advancements on their entrepreneurial journeys. The findings highlight that women entrepreneurs who actively utilize government support, adopt digital marketing strategies, and set clear future goals are more likely to achieve business growth. The study also underscores the vital role of social and familial support in enabling women entrepreneurs to reach their full potential. With adequate guidance, financial assistance, and mentorship, women-led businesses can significantly contribute to India's economic development. By analysing survey data from women entrepreneurs in Ranchi District, Jharkhand, the research identifies essential enablers and obstacles they face. The insights aim to inform policymakers, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders, encouraging targeted strategies to support women entrepreneurs and foster sustainable economic growth. Additionally, the study emphasizes the need for future research on success strategies, the impact of government initiatives, and evolving trends in women's entrepreneurship in India.
