The foundation of any firm is its workforce. Employee performance determines whether the business succeeds or fails. Since then, senior management has recognized the value of funding training for the benefit of staff productivity. The purpose of the conceptual paper is to investigate the effects of training. On the output of workers in commercial companies. This article reviews the available data supporting such a link and makes recommendations for more research. The effect of training on employee productivity has been determined using both primary and secondary data. Ten employees from various private sectors made up the population sample to whom the questionnaire was administered for survey. The study's chosen research methodology is in line with qualitative research, and it comprises several case studies and literature reviews on the value of training in raising employee performance. The present study offers a concise synopsis of the literature on training productivity and its impact on improving employee performance. In order to maintain employees' abilities up to date, senior management is advised by the examination of current research that training is a process rather than an action and should be conducted regularly.
