One of the goals that the Saudi Arabia government aims to reach in 2030 is to promote economic growth by utilizing the national workforce and localizing jobs and preparing young Saudis in public and private sectors to take responsibilities and participate to lead the Saudi economic growth. The Saudi government has given the highest priority to reach that goal by creating and developing effective modern mechanisms compatible with the local labor market to ensure the greatest benefit has been accomplished to private entities and individuals in Saudi, from this point of view the Saudi government has established the Human Resources Development Fund (Aim) to ensure the secession of investment in Saudi human resources.
