GREEN HRM PRACTICES: A CHANGE IN CONVENTIONAL PRACTICES

Green HRM (GHRM) is an arising field or branch of human resource management (HRM) which is a profound field of organizational management and it's a subject or work, which is essential for all types of directors working in any industry. GHRM is fairly a new phenomenon in the academic world as well as the practical world of HRM and managing organization maybe a major reason is that a technical body of knowledge in respect of GHRM has not yet developed through rationalism and empiricism.
