Nowadays terms like customer satisfaction and relationship marketing are gaining popularity in retail banking sector because of the awareness among the customers in regards to the services provided by them. It has been realized that more the customer is aware the best of all services he wants. The paper seeks to study the level of satisfaction among the customers of respective banks on the basis of their of education.
