The COVID-19 pandemic presented huge challenges to any or all aspects of life including social, economic, public health, governmental and business activities. After a long journey of two years with compulsory locking inside the house quarantine, there's new hope in the fight with virus with the safety of vaccine precautions are implemented globally, but the crisis isn't over. Many new precautions and lesions we have to still learn, about such severe pandemic coming in the future to a necessity for Managers of Human resource to make an attempt to learn from past pandemics of the same nature and disasters additionally to organizational responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, the currently in force policies for Human resource management, related measures for safety at work place, and plans for future will have to be revisited to make sure continuity in the efforts in case of same nature emergency arises in the future events.
