Current study of National Register of Citizens and Citizenship Amendament Act ,2019 analyze the geopolitics of present india.NRC and CAA both safeguard the secular values of India by avoiding all narrow conceptions affecting the citizenship of india adversely. This amendment is seen as the first legal provision that makes India a homeland for Hindus. Thus this act gives Indian citizenship to all persons belonging to Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi and Christian communities on the basis of religious persecution in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh.
